Now, the woman known as "Victim #3" has apparently gone missing – and prosecutors say they have been unable to reach her. The judge in the case described her behavior as "getting cold feet." The identity of the person called "Victim #3" was going to be revealed when she took the stand. Separately, a juror sent an email to the judge asking to be removed from the panel for "issues of personal well-being."
