Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni met with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney in Rome on Saturday.
Carney, in Rome to attend Pope Leo XIV’s investiture mass, said that Canada would build on Italy’s presidency of the G7 and take the organisation, "to a new level".
