Osean McClintock took off running after a police officer tried to question him after a reported altercation at an elementary school. The 26-year-old fled to a nearby parking lot where the officer’s partner was parked in her patrol car in Fountain Valley, California. Body camera footage shows McClintock trying to pull the gun out of her hands and getting hold of it. The officer he took the gun from begged him not to shoot her. The other police officer opened fire. McClintock was pronounced dead at the scene.
