The EU and UK have imposed a new round of sanctions on Russia over its war against Ukraine. The sanctions target Russia’s shadow oil tanker fleet and include measures connected to chemical weapons and human rights. The Kremlin reacted by saying it would not give in to what called "ultimatums."
