"We’re the ones who actually operate the trains. We run them from point A to point B. I mean, and that’s an enormous responsibility. I mean you’re talking about, you know, sometimes thousands of tons moving at speeds, you know, for New Jersey Transit upwards of 100 miles an hour. We can have as many as 2,000 people on a single train that we’re carrying each day. And so, I mean, that’s an enormous responsibility for the engineers. And it’s something that takes a significant amount of training."
