Police in the UK say they believe a car ramming in Liverpool on Monday evening was not an act of terrorism. A 53 year old British man was arrested after a vehicle plowed into a crowd of fans celebrating Liverpool’s title win in the English football Premier League. 27 people have been taken to hospital for treatment.
