STORYLINE:
Palestinians in Deir al-Balah mourned their loved ones killed in an Israeli strike overnight, which struck a home.
Ten people were killed, and the bodies were transferred to Al-Aqsa Hospital.
Mourners performed funeral prayers ahead of moving the bodies to the cemetery for burial.
Israel pressed ahead Thursday with its new military offensive in Gaza despite mounting international criticism, launching airstrikes that health officials said killed at least 100 Palestinians.
