"From an entire family, only Yarden came back to us. Yarden returned home because he was released in a deal. Shiri, Ariel and Kfir are home, but they haven’t come back. Yarden could easily not be standing here today. He could still be in the tunnels like all of those (who) still remain in captivity. That’s why I’m standing here, to remind our leaders of the cost of every day without action. There is no time left to waste. Every moment without negotiation puts the hostages in grave danger."

"The time to act is now before it’s too late. President Trump, you helped bringing my brother and many others home. The country is watching. The world is watching, and most of all, the families are waiting. We need a deal. We need them all home now. The living for healing, the murdered for a dignified burial. No family should be left waiting, no one should be left behind."

"If the prime minister hasn’t managed after 600 days of war to bring a comprehensive agreement that returns all the hostages, it is time for him to go home. The government home and the hostages home. And to you Matan, my beautiful curly-haired, if you hear, stay strong, do not give up. Your mother is strong, Shani and Nataly are strong for you and a whole nation is fighting for you. And if someone from the hostages also hears, do not lose hope because all of the people are with you, and fighting (for your return) and you will return home."

STORYLINE:
Released hostages and their relatives delivered statements in Tel Aviv on Wednesday to mark 600 days of captivity of their loved ones since the start of the Israel-Hamas war.
Ofri Bibas, the sister of released hostage Yarden Bibas, called for further action.
"From an entire family, only Yarden came back to us," she said.
"Shiri, Ariel and Kfir are home, but they haven’t come back. Yarden could easily not be standing here today. He could still be in the tunnels like all of those still remain in captivity. That’s why I’m standing here, to remind our leaders of the cost of every day without action.”
Israel has vowed to seize control of Gaza and keep fighting until Hamas is destroyed or disarmed and exiled.
