"You can hear now the sirens are going off again, this is another round. And so what happens is the sirens go off and then you see in the sky these missiles that are sent and then Israel’s defense system for the most part intercepts them. You hear this very loud bang as they’re being intercepted. And you can see sometimes in the sky they being intercepted this huge light. Now not all the time. They’re not always intercepted. They have landed and they have killed several people in Israel so far."
6. Missiles being intercepted
STORYLINE:
New explosions boomed across Tel Aviv early on Sunday as Iranian missiles entered Israel’s skies.
Sirens sounded in Tel Aviv with missile interceptions visible in the night sky.
Israel’s Fire and Rescue Services said there were multiple direct hits in the latest barrage, including in Jerusalem and an 8 story building in the Tel Aviv region.
Iranian state television referred to the attack on Israel early Sunday morning as a "new phase" of their campaign, known as "Operation True Promise 3."
