Hillary and Tony Loffredo were celebrating their son’s birthday with a Spider-Man themed cake, but as the Des Moines family and 20 of their friends cheered the 3-year-old birthday boy, the unthinkable happened. While they were singing "Happy Birthday," the deck collapsed. Tony needed stitches on his leg, but everyone else got out okay. Deck collapses are rare but not unheard of. Hillary spoke with Inside Edition.
