"You can see behind me, search and rescue teams are still working intensively in their efforts to try to find civilians that may be trapped underneath the rubble in the latest target of the Iranian regime, which is a residential building. It’s gotten to the point where it’s not a matter of opinion, it’s a matter of fact. We’ve gone from scene to scene and seen that it’s constantly been residential buildings, hospitals, places where civilians go around. And our police efforts have been ongoing since the early morning with bomb squads arriving to the scene to clear the area of any risk of secondary explosives or any dangerous fragments left over from that missile so that the first responders can go floor by floor, room by room and remove rubble and debris to see if there’s anybody trapped underneath. We know at this time, unfortunately, of four individuals who have been murdered by this latest attack on civilians."

"I was in a synagogue. I opened the synagogue and wanted to put on tefillin to pray, then there was a siren at 5:35, something like that. Then I went out, the siren.. and in the middle, the building, when I was going toward the safe room, it blew up. I saw something close to me, I saw fire in front of me, then I entered, I got scared. Then I went to the synagogue. Everything in the synagogue was broken into, all the ceiling, then I closed the synagogue and went out home."

"I don’t think we need to continue (this war). It’s a pity. This is a soul of God, and we need to protect each one. Every soul must be protected, from all countries, the whole world needs to care for each other."

STORYLINE:
Israel and Iran on Tuesday accepted a ceasefire plan proposed by President Donald Trump to end their 12-day war that roiled the Middle East, after Tehran launched a retaliatory limited missile attack on a U.S. military base in Qatar.
The acceptance of the deal by both sides came after Tehran launched a final barrage of missiles targeting Israel that killed at least four people early Tuesday morning, while Israel launched a blitz of airstrikes targeting sites across Iran before dawn.
Residents evacuated the impacted buildings, carrying belongings in bags and stuffed suitcases.
Neighbors and family members embraced while trying to figure out where to go next.
More than 9,000 Israelis have been displaced from their homes since the war with Iran began, according to the Prime Minister’s Office.
Yehezkiel Cheri said he was in synagogue for morning prayers when the first sirens went off.
As he made his way into his apartment building in between waves of missiles, he felt a huge explosion.
"I saw fire in front of me, and I ran into the apartment" he said.
“I don’t think we need to continue (this war). It’s a pity. This is a soul of God, and we need to protect each one. Every soul must be protected, from all countries, the whole world needs to care for each other,” he added.
