Images from the tragic Texas flooding are haunting. A woman was seen clinging to a tree; her clothes had been ripped from her body. Devyn Smith was swept 20 miles down river. The 22-year-old clung to the tree for hours until her rescue. She had been camping with her family in tents on the banks of the river. Four of her family members have been found dead. A fifth is still missing. Time-lapse footage shows how fast the Guadalupe River overtook the banks and everything that got in its way.
