STORYLINE:
Thousands of people in Chile participated Saturday in Comic Con 2025, the largest and most anticipated event for fans of the geek world.
One of the most awaited appearances was that of American actor Sean Gunn, who stated he is willing "to work on a Chilean production."
During his time at the event, he interacted with the public by giving autographs and expressed enthusiasm about returning to a country that, according to him, is his brother’s favorite — the well-known director and current CEO of DC Studios, James Gunn.
This is Sean Gunn’s second visit to Chile. The first was a few years ago when he toured Patagonia alongside his brother James and their respective partners, who are now their wives.
Gunn is part of the cast of Superman, the highly anticipated film directed by James Gunn, premiering this July 10. He plays Maxwell Lord, the villain previously portrayed by Pedro Pascal.
The second day of Comic Con Chile gathered over 13,000 people who enjoyed activities such as wrestling, a Star Wars exhibition, a giant replica doll from Squid Game, and various cosplayers.
