STORYLINE:
The July full moon, or "Buck Moon," shone brightly over Greece’s 2,500-year-old Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion late Thursday.
The moon created a striking scene above the ancient ruins.
The temple overlooks the Aegean Sea and was once a key religious and strategic site.
The site, famous for its sunsets and historic significance, continues to draw admirers.
