STORYLINE:
Hawaii’s Mount Kilauea is erupting yet again, this time in its 29th episode, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
According to the USGS Hawaiian Volcano Observatory, dome fountains and lava overflows began at the Halemaʻumaʻu crater shortly after 4 a.m. Sunday
Located at Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park on Hawaii’s Big Island, Kilauea is one of the world’s most active volcanoes – intermittently erupting since December 23, 2024.
