Police are investigating after they say a city councilman from Virginia was doused with gasoline and set on fire outside of his office. Danville Police say Lee Vogler, 38, was attacked in broad daylight by Shotsie Michael Buck Hayes, 29. Investigators say the attack was not politically motivated, but personally motivated as the two are known to each other. Vogler’s colleagues in government say they are still shaken by the incident.
