A New York woman traveled all the way to Arkansas, but the journey paid off when she found a 2.3 carat diamond in a state park. Micherre Fox says had the time to go on the hunt for a stone in July, a hunt she had been thinking about for the past two years. She set out on a three week journey at Crater of Diamonds State Park, hoping to unearth a unique gem. When she came across a stone, she wasn’t sure if it was anything at all.
