THESE WASHINGTON DC RESIDENTS ARE ON EDGE AFTER SEEING UNIDENTIFIED FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD.
THEY COVER THEIR FACES AND CARRY RIFLES AS THE STAND OUTSIDE AN APARTMENT WHERE LOCAL POLICE ARRESTED A DRUG OFFENDER.
