At least two people have been killed after a heavy night of Russian strikes across Ukraine. Kyiv’s mayor Vitali Klitschko said one of the dead is a 1-year-old child. Eleven people are reported to have been injured in the attacks. Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy says that for the first time during the war the main government building in the capital Kyiv has been damaged by an enemy strike.
