A key deadline is approaching for Ukrainians in Russian-occupied territories. By Wednesday, September 10, they must accept a Russian passport or register as foreign residents — or face being considered illegal under Russian law. Many are attempting to flee, but the only route out leads through Russia and its so-called "filtration camps."
