On his first day in office, President Donald Trump signed the “Restoring Names That Honor American Greatness” executive order. It changed the name of The Gulf of Mexico to The Gulf of America. But are presidents allowed to unilaterally change the name of a geographic location? In this video, we dive into the legal processes behind geographical name changes.
