There was more fallout Wednesday over the horrific murder of 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska on a train. Fellow passengers did not seem to realize how badly hurt Zarrutska was. Surveillance video showed her collapse to the floor. When Brown got off the train, other passengers could be seen running to help Zarutska. Brown’s sister Tracey confronted her brother during a jailhouse visit, posing a question many are asking. Zarutska’s family broke their silence in a statement.
