A massive blaze tore through a Manila’s Tondo neighborhood on Saturday, displacing over a thousand families. The fire started in the morning and quickly spread throughout the densely built residences. Almost 24 hours later, the city’s firebrigade declared the fire fully extinguished. More than 1,100 families lost their homes.
