"With a no makeup look, there’s no rules and no makeup look can mean a lot of different things to different people. And I always encourage, if they have a product that they love, they should feel the freedom to incorporate that into their makeup look".

“What I’ve seen is more and more expressions of creativity or freedom in the workplace, and we encourage our employees to turn up as they would like to turn up. But I do still think that there are some politics associated with it, more around just feeling and looking polished. I think more than anything else, which I think you can accomplish. And I’m hoping Rebecca can teach me how to accomplish with a no makeup look. But I see more and more of it, more people turning out with no makeup in the office."

"So really, for anybody, whether you’re going to the office, whether you’re going to dinner, whether you’re running errands, and you want to do a no makeup look and you want to create that luminosity in your skin, then it really comes down to the three things. It’s color, how it reflects against your skin. It’s texture. Matte again, is going to create that soft movement of the light and create that filter again. And then you’re polishing personality, putting the whole look together and the intentionality behind it and what you want to communicate to the world."
