"You know, the making of film is going to always trump the actual film because it’s, you know, it can be as long as five, six months. Not this one, but it can a long period of time of your life where you had all these things happen and then it’s reduced to this thing, you now? So when I watch a movie, I think about what I ate that day, what was going on in my life, or what shot they used, what shot they didn’t use. Whether the lighting’s good or not, you know, that’s what I’m saying. So it’s very hard for me really to see it like an audience."
