Blowing Off a Former Tenant

The plaintiff says he rented a room in the defendants’ home, but he started feeling uncomfortable there, so he moved out. He says the landlords won’t return the security deposit they owe him, so he’s suing. The defendants say the plaintiffs was an unsanitary slob who spit all over their kitchen.
