CBP Suicide Prevention and Awareness Podcast Ep 8

1 min read

Welcome to the suicide prevention and awareness podcast. Part of CBPs shine, a light suicide prevention program. This month’s podcast features Kimbra, a CBP employee who has recovered from addiction. As she explains, addiction can lead to suicidal thoughts. Her story and insight may help inspire us to take the first step in “showing up” as the best version of ourselves. When a new year begins, people often make resolutions or choose other ways to improve their health and wellbeing. During this time of renewed hope and motivation, we might consider the benefits of cutting back on alcohol use. It may help us live longer, perform better mentally, improve our sleep and overall wellbeing.
