U.S. Sen. Chris Murphy stood on the stage and recorded a message for Republican Congressman Richard Hudson.
“Where are you?" the crowd shouted back as Murphy turned his smartphone toward them.
Murphy doesn’t represent the people of this former textile mill town. But the Connecticut Democrat says they deserve to have town halls with elected officials.
