"Unfortunately, I hold the presidents, (who they call them presidents of states), and the kings, responsible. Unfortunately, they still do not feel us. This has been almost two years and they have not felt us. Children without heads, without bodies, without hands. Buildings are being destroyed. To this extent? We are Muslims. If we were not Muslims, the world would have stood with us. Unfortunately, there are two billion Muslims, but I do not see the two billion Muslims. If they were present, we would not have reached the state we are in. What I see is that this is genocide, a planned genocide."

STORYLINE:
At least 13 people, including children, were killed by two separate Israeli strikes in Gaza City overnight, Palestinian medics said.
One strike in Gaza City’s western neighborhood of Sabrah flattened a three-story house, killing 10 people, according to a cameraman cooperating with The Associated Press.
Among the dead were three women and five children, according to the Shifa hospital which received the casualties.
Three more people were killed in the urban Shati refugee camp, along the city’s shoreline, according to Gaza’s health ministry.
The ministry, meanwhile, said Saturday the bodies of 49 people killed by Israeli strikes have been brought to hospitals over the past 24 hours.
Hospitals also received 108 wounded, the ministry said in its daily report.
The overall Palestinian death toll from the Israel-Hamas war had risen to at least 51,495 since October 7, 2023, the ministry said. Another 117,524 have been wounded, it said.
It said the tally includes 2,025 dead and 5,483 wounded since Israel resumed the war last month after a nearly two-month hiatus.
The ministry does not differentiate between civilians and combatants, but says more than half of the dead were women and children.
The war began when Hamas-led militants stormed into southern Israel on October 7, 2023, killing some 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and abducting 251.
