STORYLINE:
With Stormtroopers in fishnets and Darth Vader in suspenders – new show "The Empire Strips Back" arrives in London in time for Star Wars Day.
The "burlesque parody" opens Friday, with a special gala on May the Fourth (Be With You), at Riverside Studios in Hammersmith.
Cast from the show posed by the River Thames, complete with a Luke Skywalker style Landspeeder, to celebrate the start of the run on Thursday.
This very unauthorized sexy Stormtrooper show began in Sydney and has since been on a successful tour of North America.
Demand for the London show has seen the run of "The Empire Strips Back" extended for two extra months, until August 17.
