"In general, from the mascots I take my small game console, they always play on it. Even 10 minutes before going on stage, it calms me down. That’s why my brother prepared such a set of our best sweets. We give them away and film the artists’ reactions to our most famous candies. It seems to me that if representatives of other countries did this to me, I would be pleased."

STORYLINE:
Ukrainian band Ziferblat have left Kyiv for Basel, to take part in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025.
The band – made up of singer Daniel Leshchynskyi, his twin brother Valentyn on guitar, and drummer Fedir Khodakov – will perform their song "Bird of Pray."
The group says their song is about hope, and through their performance, they aim to raise awareness about the ongoing war in Ukraine.
The 69th edition of the annual musical extravaganza will be held in Basel, Switzerland, this May. Acts from 37 countries will compete for the competition’s musical crown in a contest often described as a “pop Olympics,” complete with triumph, tears and geopolitical rivalries.
