The father of a UC-Santa Barbara student is calling on the public’s help in search for answers after her tragic death. Liz Hamel, who was studying chemistry, was seen leaving with a young man. Just 21 minutes later, she was found unconscious in a courtyard. It is believed she may have fallen from an upper floor walkway, but her family has more questions than answers. Hamel was in the hospital in critical condition before succumbing to her injuries six days later.
