“Those (first months of the Russian invasion) were very serious challenges, but the theatre found the power to open its doors despite the fact that air sirens were on several times per day. When we opened the doors and started to perform our first gala concert, the ballet concert, the air raid siren went off during the very first act. We all went to the bomb shelter, then returned to the hall and resumed our work.”
