US President Donald Trump and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer have unveiled details of a US-UK deal – the first since the US announced global tariffs.
The deal involves American exports of beef, ethanol, and other agricultural products, Trump said.
UK PM Keir Starmer called it a "fantastic, historic day" and said the deal would “boost trade” and create jobs.
Currently, most goods imported to the US from the UK face 10% tariffs, with higher rates on steel, aluminium, and cars – the UK also charges tariffs on some US goods.
