A dashboard camera caught a horrifying moment on a highway in Oregon this week. A dark blue KIA Carnival and a motorcycle were seen driving next to each other. The motorcyclist made a gesture at the minivan. Then, in what police say appears to be an intentional act, the minivan veered to the right, sideswiping the motorcycle. The minivan didn’t stop. The Beaverton Police Department says it’s made an arrest in the case.
