Shocking video shows a driver refusing to stop as she plows through a street festival in Maryland. Parents and kids flee to avoid getting hit by the silver BMW. The incident began when the driver, Kai Deberry-Bostick, was stopped by police. She got out of her car to talk to the officer. She ripped the caution tape, then got back in her car and took off, allegedly hitting the officer. The 28-year-old Deberry-Bostick was a cheerleader at Bowie State University.
