Boeing lands its largest order in the firm’s history as Qatar agrees to buy 160 planes | DW News

Qatar has signed an agreement with US aerospace firm Boeing to purchase some 200 billion dollars-worth of jets.
The agreement is for 160 aircraft, making it the largest such order in the US corporation’s history. It was one of several agreements signed by US President Donald Trump and Qatar’s Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani in Doha. The US President is in Qatar as part of a four-day Middle East trip aimed at boosting investment in the US.
