Honey Boo Boo, the former child beauty pageant contestant who was 5 years old when she became a star on Toddlers & Tiaras, is now a 19-year-old college student who goes by her real name, Alana Thompson. There’s a new movie about her life called "I Was Honey Boo Boo," and it touches on her tumultuous relationship with her mother known as Mama June. Mama June is played by actress Chelsea Larken. British actress Isabelle Ayres plays the teenage Honey Boo Boo.
