Authors suggest Biden aides shielded health concerns | DW News

Former US President Joe Biden has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer. According to his office, Biden and his family are currently reviewing treatment options with doctors. The 82-year-old was diagnosed following urinary symptoms, and the cancer has spread to his bones. According to aides, while the cancer is aggressive, it should be manageable. Concerns about Biden’s health were a key issue for voters during his time in office and during last year’s election campaign before he stood down.
