Deborah Norville was among the 50 contestants competing for the title of "America’s Junior Miss" back in the 1970s. The pageant launched Norville’s career in front of the camera. The year was 1976, and she got to introduce Michael Landon. The contestants spent three weeks together. Norville says she was blown away by the people behind the scenes who were working and doing what they loved, which brought her to television.
