Pressure is growing on Israel to allow more aid into Gaza. Israeli authorities say almost a hundred trucks have been allowed to cross into the Palestinian territory. But the UN says barely any food, fuel and medicine has been distributed to people in need. In addition, not all of the food aid being delivered can be immediately consumed, given the lack of water, which is needed to mix with baby powder, and the lack of cooking gas supplies to turn flour into bread.
