Pigeons are considered by many in New York City to be a nuisance, but at one park in Brooklyn, a woman called Mother Pigeon, treats them like any other neighbors. Tina Pina tells WCBS she knows the local pigeon population well, which is why she noticed when a bunch of them went missing. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
