"Yeah, so I was at work. I was talking to some hotel guests at work in the hotel. Walking a half away from where the incident happened. And we were just chatting away over some coffee and all of a sudden we had this big boom and a big rattle of a shake and I thought because we were so close to a hospital that one of the helicopters had an accident coming in. And, um… That might as well be my first thought, so I just… Bolted straight down towards the – towards the hospital. I don’t know what I was going to do, but I could help in anyway. And then I noticed that there was a bunch of debris and stuff that got into Indian Canyon Road. Then I approached the scene. I saw the grey smoke. And I felt like the first guy on scene, there was some people around, but nobody was like approaching this, the area. And I was, you know, being very hyper aware of my surroundings, but I felt as… It’s safe enough for me to go over there."

"And then. I saw the car, well, whatever the leftover of the car was on fire in the middle, debris everywhere. I noticed that the liquor store next door had … all the windows blown out. And then I saw a little ramp area, like a wooden door that was like half broken out. So I put a t-shirt over my mouth and… ran over there and walked into the… Space, it looks like some kind of a reception area. I was like, you know. Bracing myself for the worst, but luckily nobody was in there, went in there. Ask anybody if there was… needed any help, didn’t hear anything. I looked over the counter, there’s nobody there. But the entire inside wall was completely blown in. And then… I was like, okay, nobody’s there. I’ll do a run around the perimeter. I’ll just keep myself safe. And then I noticed that I went to the other side of the facility, I guess it is… Car was still burning."

3. SOUNDBITE (English) Rhino Williams, Explosion witness:
"I was getting up to go up to a ramp. To the other side of the building. And I saw these like warning signs about like, explosive gasses or whatever, you know, but they were all I guess like oxygen or whatever they use in the clinic, they all look like scuba diving tanks. Went there, and then some other security guard and a couple of the gentlemen started running towards us. And I just said, ‘hey, let’s get out of here just in case there’s fire over here.’ There’s like canisters with explosives (inaudible) flammable signs next to them, probably not the smartest place to go. And then I noticed there was a tripod. With a smartphone attached to it, tucked underneath a tree. And I didn’t touch it. That didn’t notice that the screen was on. I just thought it was really strange. And as, as, as I was heading away from there the fire department turned up and they’re… Some of them were already putting fire out of the building and then… Some of the fire guys were running with their… Protective masks and stuff towards the car fire. You know, I guess they protect, they zone out of the area. And that’s it, and then I walked away."
