Johansson: "You know, it’s funny, I’ve only been to Cannes twice in my career, so it’s very, it’s still very fresh out of the package for me. I’m like, blown away by this festival, um, just the enormity of it, and, and the fact that it’s just, there’s so much to see here and the scope of all of the different films that are playing this year is just it’s it’s kind of mind-blowing and then to think that like our film which feels like the little film that could you know this small little film and could make it in this festival with like such um experience direct and it’s very special directors and and from all over the world and also huge blockbuster films at a premiere here as well. It’s surreal. It is surreal. So we’re soaking it all in."

"I think what I admire and appreciate about June is how considerate she is when we’re in a scene together and also actually just when we’re not in a scene together. I feel like we’re always doing constant little check-ins. But even when the camera was off, you were giving 110% every single time and it really opened up, like a – she was considerate of what was happening on my side of things too. I appreciated that very much."
Squibb: "Oh, and I just, I don’t know from the minute we met that she’s very open and we just hit it off. We really did. And as an actress, my god, when you saw it, I mean, she’s wonderful. And she has such a great look. You do, you do."
Kellyman: "You too, girl."

Johansson: "To be honest with you, I was really excited to work with June. I’m such a big fan of hers and I just was so, I thought it would be really exciting to, you know, watch her work and also to get to work with a lot of actors in this film or in their 70s, 80s, 90s. And we have really like a very, it’s a kind of across the board cast. I mean, to be able to work with actors that have been — that are career actors. I live for that. Getting that opportunity and then having it juxtaposed with the opportunity to work with Erin, who’s really discovering her… Sorry, it’s embarrassing because you’re right here, but you are discovering yourself as an actor in your capability and you’re… Whatever walls you have and how to break through them. And, you know, getting to see that all happen in real time is, I think, what it’s all about for me. More so even than just the themes of the film is like the opportunity to really work with like these actors that are so dramatically, you know committed and have such stamina for it."
