Stasse: Our client is a hard-working man, and I think that the only thing that he wants is to go back to his private and daily life.

The verdict is really good for us, what we think, because it’s eight years, with five years that he has already done, it’s three years of probation.(…) And we are really relieved, even if we’re exhausted, and the client is relieved as well, because it proves that justice can be served, but not with going to prison for big sentences.
(Reporter: "Will they be able to move on with their lives now?")
"Hopefully, he will be able to cure himself and to move on with his life after nine years with a (indecipherable) above his head.
(Reporter: "You were concerned that they were going to, in fact, get a life sentence (unclear)?")
"We were concerned about that, but the result is that it’s not the case. And we were really hopeful, and we managed to prove to the court that it was not a good decision."
