STORYLINE:
French President Emmanuel Macron was in Hanoi to meet with Vietnam’s President Luong Cuong on Monday as he started a visit to the region.
The stop in Hanoi is the first in Macron’s Southeast Asia tour that will also bring him to Indonesia and Singapore to strengthen French relations in the region.
