Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is in the Lithuanian capital, Vilnius for a summit with the leaders of NATO’s eastern and Nordic members. Secretary General Mark Rutte is chairing the talks, which include some of Ukraine’s staunchest backers amid the Russian invasion. Ukraine’s representatives are expected to hold "bilateral meetings" on the sidelines of the summit.
