Representatives from Russia and Ukraine are meeting for another round of face-to-face talks. Delegations from both sides arrived in Istanbul on Monday.Its their second round of direct talks in just over two weeks. Neither presidents Zelenskyy or Putin will be in attendance, but security remains high in Istanbul. DW’s Dorian Jones reports from Istanbul
