"There’s sort of this wonderful balance of zaniness and absurdity and just like, very grounded emotional character storytelling. So, it’s like if you think of something like ‘Ab Fab,’ I mean, that was like a TV show, you know, it’s wild and it’s hilarious and it’s outrageous and it’s so fun. And then you think of something like ‘Notting Hill’ and it has those elements to it, you know, like Spike, the roommate and all of that, but it’s incredibly grounded and very, very, very emotional. And so, you know, it’s all very comforting for me as an American!"
