Syria is no longer ruled by the Assad regime, and sanctions have been lifted, resulting in hope for reconstruction. Some of the people who fled over the last 13 years are returning. But even though life in exile is often very hard, for many, going back seems like an enormous challenge they’re not yet ready to take on. Lebanon is still home to around 2 million Syrians. Sara Hteit reports.
